IT guy vs. Smart Guy
So, I've been thinking. Like, a lot.
Meaning, what separates IT guys from the smart guys? What makes the first ones dream about the latest computer, latest gadget, latest car, latest "thing" to buy on credit or from savings?
Future remote panel concept
Yet another invention:
I thought, that in the future we will not need to have computers at home - all data will be stored in datacenters, and this will basically mean that we will only need a display device - not necessarily a flat one, could be 3D.
Since we will be typing and navigating inside, maybe the remote as we know it will not be the best choice. And the best choice would be to use a touch panel - with which you will be able to both navigate as with a mouse, and type as with a keyboard.
The size of the panel should be enough for comfortable typing experience, holding with one hand and navigating with the other, or holding it on your knees when you're sitting.
